This food was sooo good omg 🤤🤤🤤 The macaroni salad is superb, the rice is sticky with a sweet taste, the cabbage tastes so delicious, we had chicken, steak, and pulled pork. All meat is tender and cooked to perfection. And to think I almost passed it up for a burger joint! Haha 😆

I absolutely enjoyed this meal. It could have been because of the company! I had the Kaluah pork and teriyaki steak. Both flavorful. I am not a sweet guy so next time I will skip the pork. Overall good experience and a little taste of the islands.

Aloha everyone this rat is coming to you from a Kanaka also known as a Hawaiian native ( myself ) Food: Pleased with a chicken pork and spam, but unfortunately, they did not get it right when it comes to max salad and steak, but everybody has a different opinion when it comes to making the Hawaiian Mack salad but as far as a steak, they use a different cut that we don’t typically use for teriyaki steak, which is thicker harder to chew not your typical thin sliced, which is why I’m giving it a four instead of a five star rating for a Hawaiian dish But the fact that you offer Hawaiian sun drinks and Hawaiian chips is a huge plus Service: 5/5 friendly when ordering and quick service we only waited for about 10 minutes Atmosphere: The decor is very Hawaiian, but not too much to where it blows up in your face I love the simplicity of it the Hawaiian Merrill and the islands that can be found above the drink fountain. The seats are simple, both inviting and offers indoor and outdoor seating. it also is located what looks like to be behind the mall a great location. Overall, the experience was good. Pounders Hawaiian Grill has bought Local Style Kalbi Short Ribs! Served with rice and macaroni salad on a bed of cabbage. 11am-2pm only. The flavors are on point 👉🏽. My biggest problem is I wanted more ribs!! I would recommend trying it at least once. If it's not for you, the other meats are still delicious 🤤.

This place has quickly become one of my absolute comfort-food spots. I have a lot of food allergies and chronic health issues that make eating out incredibly difficult, yet this place has never disappointed me. The consistency, quality, and care they put into every meal are truly exceptional. There have been days when I’ve shown up physically exhausted and in pain, and somehow I always leave feeling better. The food is warm, comforting, and reliable in a way that’s hard to find. Their customer service is just as impressive. Every interaction is friendly and welcoming, and there’s a very kind gentleman who works there that my husband and I have chatted with a few times—his attitude is always genuinely positive and uplifting. For me, eating here is an all-around experience: great food, great people, and a place that feels safe for someone with many dietary challenges. I’d recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for delicious food and wonderful service.
